About Your Clinical Services Provider

Angela Langer, MSW, LICSW, ADHD-CCSP

Angela Langer is a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW), board licensed clinical supervisor, and ADHD-certified clinical services provider practicing as a psychotherapist. In her earlier career, she worked in the corporate world where she experienced a system that required women to adapt and mold to the neurotypical hustle and accepted discrimination. She was reminded that she wanted to stand with other women, not compete against them in a zero-sum game.

Angela started practicing as a mental health therapist in 2016 to make a real impact on those who were suffering. Through her journey as a therapist, she came to recognize common patterns in adult women, particularly those with ADHD, and in 2019 she started her private practice and began focusing on better serving
the needs of women with invisible differences who are burning themselves out trying to fit into an ideal.

Angela has supported hundreds of women in her one-on-one practice, helping women to go from experiencing chronic burnout and mental health issues to thriving.

In her work as a psychotherapist, Angela is driven by her mission to change the way clients experience therapy. With more emphasis on client autonomy and choice.

As owner of Foundations, Angela continues her work as a clinical supervisor and providing direct services to women seeking to liberate themselves from the mask and armor of societal pressures.
